You may not feel you need to leave the house but I do. I found I was doing it at the expense of being with my family or taking care of myself and my needs.

Hire help when you need it. The saved time and frustrations is well worth the money. Another part of my balance overhaul was to hire a housecleaner. These clear-cut lines and rituals have really helped me to stay on top of my work while also caring for my daughter.
