Enterprise work at home review

Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated Employee Reviews

The employees are treated terrible and I feel used. They told me that they felt enterprise was trying to have another person or company do the job that they are supposed to be doing. Toya, your recruiter will email you regarding the assessment. It said within 5 days when I finished the application, but I was just curious! Path to management is long, almost felt unobtainable. Hi guys i was wondering if anyone knows how far they go back on backdround check………and as far as your location how would they know if u are not in the location u applied for…just curious. We have a great culture with great people.

Pay Most people who work at Enterprise will tell you that the people are the best part about the company and I completely agree. I have met so many great people at Enterprise and continue to be friends with them even after some have left the company. Enterprise Holdings Careers

The advancement opportunities, development and training are second to none. At every single level you continue to learn more about managing people and a business. The pay advancement is phenomenal. Many people say long hours However, if you want to advance your career and have financial independence that does take work ethic. The hours it takes to advance your pay at Enterprise when compared to similar financial opportunities in other jobs does not compare. The hours worked by management are between a week typically.

Having six and seven figure annual pay opportunities with no financial risk on your part make these hours seem extremely fair. If you were an entrepreneur, restaurant owner, lawyer or doctor you would not only be working many more hours, but also have greater debt and financial exposure. Hours and Hard Work- But the pros out weigh these when you find success! Continue to invest in our people and they will continue to drive the success of this outstanding company! Growth, advancement, training, support, benefits, opportunities, pay, and a great management team.

Great profit sharing , the better your team does the more money you make. Senior management not on same page. Department managers can be micromanager. Listen to your mid managers as much as your call agents. Excellent company, training, people, management, pay. Not unrealisitc for the pay, just good to know. Unlimited overtime summer only Bonus once a month, Rental discounts. Very low Pay for services you provide.

Your hard is nothing compared to the favoritism. Large bureaucratic company, stuck in its ways. Lots of stereotypical corporate nonsense. If your not in management, your not an adult, etc.

After hours work for IT can be excessive at times. Long term contract with good opportunities to learn new technologies. They best in work from home option. Scheduling restrictions and isolation from outside world.

Work from home, Great boss, Good organization culture. Limited on what you can do to help, team mates gripe Annual raises based on merit. Work life balance was stressed very much. Managers were always making sure your home life was never suffering due to work and would find ways to help you meet your professional goals without neglecting home.

Path to management is long, almost felt unobtainable. They don't like people to make waives there, so strong personality types can have trouble thriving. Listen to new ideas.

Don't be afraid of dominant personalities. Great culture, people and benefits. Information Technology division recently moved into an open concept work environment building. Also nice to have work from home options. Hard to transition from business support to business-side of the company. Not impossible but tough. Keep doing what you are doing. We have a great culture with great people.

Thanks for the review! Wish I could spend more time there! Work from home is great! They offer flexible schedules depends on manager and work-life balance is usually very good. Casual dress code in all campuses except Clayton, MO make work in the office comfortable. Most people are friendly and good to work with. The IT culture has a strange dichotomy.

On one hand it is a very relaxed and casual environment that promotes open dialogue. On the other hand if you dare say anything perceived as negative, no matter how sincere or valid your concerns may be, you are marginalized. They like to talk about the possibilities of being converted and how that if you work hard enough you may one day have that opportunity.

Depending on which department you're in this may or may not be true. The focus was more on sales than customer service. This company was referred to me by a dear friend. I enjoyed my time with this company and hope other opportunities are offered to me in the near future. There was never a hard part to being a Customer Service Rep The most part I enjoyed on a day to day was talking to the customers and being able to fix all of their needs and problems.

Sykes has come a long way. They are always doing something for the employees, the people are great, good benefits. If you are willing to work and apply yourself, this is the place for you. They are always promoting from within and offer great support to those that want to grow. There were some good managers that worked there just like there were bad ones who abused their positions to get what they wanted and how they wanted it. At the end of it Blackberry left and I loved my job in CSAT being able to work with the customers who were not happy and pleasing them.

Blackberry left because Sykes refused to upgrade their equipment and they lied about fixing things just to buy more time to keep the contract. My trainer was awesome including the BlackBerry trainer who came from canada to show us how to do everything. Training sucked, management had power ego's, software was a nightmare.

Anybody in call center knows it's fast passed. It can't get both hectic and stressful but if you show up and do your requirements you will do just fine. SYKES is a great place to work. They have a schedule to fit the needs of every employee.

The training is exceptional I made a lot of good friends there but the management staff sucked! They could not hold a contract to help keep the center open, which is said because a lot of people went without jobs.

When originally hired, the company talked a big game of entry level employees having the ability to move up within the company. Some were able to, especially if you are friends with those in high places. The management evaluated on perception of your personality rather than ability, education, experience and attendance. There is constant movement between departments. Which isn't a problem for quick learners, as there is training, usually by a peer that may have worked there less time than you, but because of their charismatic personality they are were chosen to be a trainer.
